Barriote Insurance LLC ("Barriote Insurance", "we", "us") is an independent insurance agency based in Miami and serving clients throughout Florida. This policy explains what happens to information you submit through this website.

Information you give us
We only collect what you type into a form and submit. Nothing is collected in the background.
- Quote request form: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, preferred time to be contacted, the type of coverage you're interested in (health, life or Medicare), and the follow-up answer you selected.
- Contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write.
- Submitted automatically with either form: which language version of the site you used and which page you submitted from. This only tells us where the request came from.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or medical records through this website.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies. It does not use local storage, analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or any other tracking technology. There is no third-party content embedded in these pages — fonts, images, styles and scripts are all served from our own site.
As with any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) as a normal part of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse. We use those logs to count visits and to see how far people get in the quote form — for that second purpose the form requests a plain address on our own site (for example /e/wizard-open) as you move through it, which simply adds a line to the same server log. It sets nothing on your device, involves no other company, and records nothing you typed.
How we use your information
- To respond to your question or prepare the quote you asked for.
- To contact you about coverage options, by the methods you consented to.
- To help you apply for and maintain coverage, if you decide to move forward.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with data brokers or lead-buying networks.
Your consent to be contacted
When you submit a quote request, you check a box agreeing to be contacted by phone, text message or email about insurance options. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You can withdraw that consent at any time — reply STOP to a text message, or email or call us and ask us to stop. We will honor the request.
Who receives your information
- Web3Forms — the service that delivers form submissions from this website to our inbox. Your submission passes through their systems over an encrypted connection.
- Our email provider — form submissions arrive as email and are stored in our mailbox.
- Insurance carriers — if you decide to apply for coverage, we share the information needed to process that application with the carrier or carriers you choose.
- When required by law — for example in response to a lawful request from a regulator or court.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and messages for as long as needed to respond to you and to service any coverage you obtain through us, and afterwards for as long as insurance and business record-keeping rules require. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, contact us and we will do so unless we're required to keep it.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection and form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us and to limit who can access it.
Your choices

Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
